On the basis of ethical considerations, the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) opposes the proposed guidelines of the Department of Health-Bureau of Health Facilities and Services (DOH-BHFS) on the psychological assessment of overseas work applicants as per their Administrative Order 2010-0022.
