The PAPCON Steering Committee is implementing September 15 as the last day of Registration without exemption in compliance with the timeline agreed with the third-party provider of PAPCON 2022. The preparation of the convention link, verification of payment, and other documents that will be sent to the delegates require several days to complete. This is to ensure that all paid participants are provided with this information without any delay. This is the reason why the PAPCON Registration campaign started as early as May 2022 to provide ample time for all interested participants to register early.
