TWO BOOKKEEPERS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business- related degree.
- At least five years of experience in accounting functions.
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in different government transactions such as with BIR, SEC and other regulatory bodies.
MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR OPERATIONS:
- Takes and transcribes minutes of meetings, including collective bargaining meetings; distributes agendas, minutes, and other materials to attendees.
- Drafts minutes of BOT and other significant meetings for approval
- Evaluate and approves the registration of new members at the individual account membership portal.
- Upload receipts of new members to their respective accounts.
- Issues certificate of membership to new members.
- Handles the hello@pap.ph email account.
- Performs other duties as specified/as needed.
