JOB ALERT: The United Nations is looking for a diverse team of consultants for one of its exciting talent management initiatives.
Do you have:
A Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O) or a related field;
At least 2 years of experience in:
-conducting research on I/O Psychology, or personnel selection, assessments, psychology of bias;
-doing literature reviews and designing evidence-based methodologies to solve issues in applied settings;
communicating research findings to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge;
-managing and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data using SPSS, R, NVivo or other equivalent tools;
-conducting surveys, methods of qualitative data collection, such as structured interviews or focus groups; and
-strong written and oral communication skills and outstanding coordination skills?
Are you fluent in English?
Are you a national of the following regional groups: Africa, Asia-Pacific, Eastern European, and Latin American and Caribbean?
